FUEL FOR DAILY MOTIVATION

Writer: Sthitapragya DiariesSthitapragya Diaries

Somedays we wake up with full confidence and energy whereas somedays we have to push ourselves to stay motivated to continue doing what we are supposed to do.

Every day when you wake up take few minutes to admire the sun or atleast think about the sun that rises daily and is full of light and energy for sharing this with the world. This should give us enough motivation to start our day with the mindset to give the best of ourselves to the world.

Fuel yourself daily with the following mantras which will motivate you to make the best use of every day of this life rather than falling into the trap of distractions and changing your focus:

1. I will protect my focus and mindset from all distractions, barriers, communication, things and talks that demotivates me to perform my duties and tasks efficiently.

2. I will give my best to everything that I do every day of my life.

3. I will do all tasks to satisfy no one else but myself only as I am my biggest audience watching myself performing better day by day even for the simplest of tasks I am supposed to do.

4. I am solely responsible to make myself happy and do not rely on anyone else for this beautiful gift.

5. I will respect all 24 hours of every day and not use any time unwisely or waste it.

6. I do not need to compare myself with anyone but will work towards being a better version of myself day by day.

7. I will use my words wisely while speaking, thinking and communicating.

8. I will learn to get more and more attached to performing my duties and tasks rather than getting attached to things or people.

9. I will not feel guilty for things that are beyond my control.

10. I will not contemplate on or evaluate others' inappropriate behaviour towards me or anyone else as this is none of my business.
